Is there a minimum commitment or lock-in period?
No, all MapFlow plans are commitment-free. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Monthly or annual billing stops immediately on request.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
After the 15-day trial, you choose the plan that fits your business. If you don't wish to continue, your account is simply closed. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Is pricing per user or per vehicle?
The Solo plan is billed per user account. Essential, MapFlow and MapFlow + MapFollow plans are billed per active vehicle in your fleet, letting you control your budget based on actual activity.
Can I change my plan mid-month?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the current month. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period.
Are there hidden fees or additional costs?
No, the displayed prices are all-inclusive. There are no setup fees, support costs or surcharges per number of deliveries. You pay only the monthly or annual subscription based on the number of vehicles.
