The exact threshold is shown at the top of this page, read straight from our pricing catalogue: below it, your bill is zero. One thing worth knowing: from that threshold on, the grid applies to all of that month's visits, not only to the ones past it — so the first amount billed is not a few cents. The simulator on this page shows that amount, plan by plan, before you even reach the threshold. MapFlow One is not concerned: it is a flat plan with its own included visits.

No, all MapFlow plans are commitment-free. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Monthly or annual billing stops immediately on request.

After the 15-day trial, you choose the plan that fits your business. If you don't wish to continue, your account is simply closed. No credit card is required to start the trial.

No: no MapFlow plan is priced per vehicle, your fleet never enters the calculation. The MapFlow and MapFlow + MapFollow plans are billed on visits only, on a volume-based grid, and take an unlimited number of vehicles. MapFlow One, designed for solo operators, is a flat €14.90 excl. tax per month with 500 visits included and one vehicle.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the current month. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period.

No. No setup fees, no support costs, no per-vehicle billing. On MapFlow and MapFlow + MapFollow you only pay for your visits: the rate of the tier you reach applies to every one of your visits, and if a higher tier works out cheaper, that is the one you are billed at. Your bill can never go up because your volume went up. And the first visits of each month are free on both of those plans.
